From Naples to Your Hometown
'AmbientFlow began with a heartfelt ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-led business, boasting recipes that have been passed down for generations.
The progenitor of our establishment, Marco Rossi, mastered the craft of pizza-making by apprenticing with renowned pizza chefs in Naples—the original homeland of pizza. After her travels across Italy, she arrived back in the UK with a resolve to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to classic techniques and using only premium ingredients.
Our journey began with a cozy 12-seat eatery, and has since flourished into an esteemed local fixture. Despite our growth, the dedication to superior quality and genuineness has remained steadfast. We continue employing traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and seek out the most exceptional ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'AmbientFlow' is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with the newer generation at the helm of a devoted crew. Although we've welcomed certain contemporary advancements, the essence of our business is unchanged: we bring people together with our delightful, authentic pizza creations.
